Espresso shots 2 shots
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Water (for syrup) 2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp

Make the syrup
Combine brown sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved (1–2 min). Stir in cinnamon and let cool.

Brew espresso
Pull 2 espresso shots (or brew 3 oz strong coffee). Pour hot into a cocktail shaker or mason jar.

Shake it up
Add syrup and ice to the shaker. Seal and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until frothy and chilled.

Pour & top
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the espresso, then top with Mooala Barista Oatmilk. Stir gently and enjoy!
