Specialty Grade — What It Means for Blends
Every coffee in this collection is specialty grade, scored 80 points or above out of 100 by the Specialty Coffee Association. That's not marketing. It's a strict quality threshold that eliminates defects, guarantees traceable origins, and ensures the beans were processed correctly at origin. Most grocery store blends don't come close. Ours do, every bag.
We source directly from small farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, and Mexico. When you buy a blend from us, you're not buying anonymous commodity coffee, you're buying beans we selected by name, from farms we know, roasted the day your order ships.
Roasted to Order — Every Time
Coffee peaks in the first 2–4 weeks after roasting. Most coffee sitting on a grocery store shelf was roasted 6–12 months ago. Every bag in our blend collection is roasted after you place your order and shipped the next business day. Store your beans in an airtight container away from light and heat, and brew within 30 days of the roast date on the bag.
