How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Every order is roasted fresh and ships within 48 hours of roasting. You are not buying warehouse inventory — you are getting coffee at peak freshness, typically arriving 3 to 5 days post-roast.

What does "specialty grade" actually mean?

Specialty grade is a real certification from the Specialty Coffee Association — a score of 80 or higher out of 100. It is not a marketing term. "Premium coffee" means nothing specific. Specialty grade means every coffee we sell has been evaluated against a measurable standard.

Can I get pre-ground coffee?

Yes — every coffee is available whole bean or pre-ground. Select your grind size at checkout: drip, pour-over, French press, espresso, or cold brew.
