Our Story

It started with a gallon of cold brew and a Costco hot dog.

It was 2020. The world had just locked down. Jason, a U.S. Army veteran and former operations manager for a global oil and gas company in Houston, was wooing Jamie with the only weapon available during a pandemic: homemade cold brew coffee, delivered weekly to her door. It worked. They got married.

Five years later, corporate America handed Jason a "restructuring" notice. Jamie was grinding through her own dead-end work. They looked at each other, looked at the road ahead, and saw a fork.

They chose the one that smelled like fresh roasted coffee.

Fork in the Road Coffee launched as a mobile Coffee Shop on Wheels, a specialty espresso bar on wheels serving weddings, corporate events, fairs, and festivals across Texas and beyond. The roastery followed. What started as a gallon of cold brew delivered from a truck is now a full specialty coffee operation roasting 33+ coffees to order for customers across the country.
